Agenda and Venue for EOGM
As announced earlier, an important Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) will be held on 27th March 2011 at 10:30 a.m. All members are requested to attend this meeting as significant decisions will be taken in the meeting.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. A Brief about CP2 RWA
2. To discuss progress of discussions with CP2 Builder
3. To initiate further action against CP2 Builder
4. To discuss any other matter about CP2 with the permission of chair
The venue for the meeting is changed to CasaBella Banquet, Omaxe Celebration Mall, Subhash Chowk, Sohna Road, Gurgaon. Location map is provided below. Please note that ONLY MEMBERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND THE MEETING.
Those who have not paid the membership fee of Rs. 2000 can pay the same between 10:00 a.m to 10:30 a.m at the venue by cash or cheque to become members. You can also call 9871033551 to arrange for your membership formalities to be completed before the meeting.
