The Central Park 2 residential condominiums project was launched in Gurgaon in 2004. The builders, M/s Sweta Estates Private Limited took bookings for towers 1 to 9 of Central Park 2 in a 47.5 acre project on Sohna Road. There were supposed to be 29 towers with 1445 apartments in Central Park 2. The project was divided into 4 phases. Phase 1 was called Bellevue with towers 1 to 9 as part of it while Phase 2 was Belgravia with towers 10 to 19. Phase 3 Belgravia was from towers 20 to 27 while Phase 4 was Belair with 2 towers.
The highlights of the project were:
a. 20 Acre Central Garden with all towers on the periphery of the garden.
b. Two levels of basement parking with a minimum of 2 parking slots per apartment.
c. Lots of common facilities like clubhouses and swimming pools for each phases, a 4.5 km walking track in the central garden etc
d. 24 hour power and water supply

The Central Park 2 residents have now got together to form the Central Park 2 Residents Welfare Association to ensure that it becomes a great place to live in despite the initial set of problems being encountered by owners.
I am in the process of taking over my flat no 709B.I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT I WILL HAVE TO PAY MAINTENANCE charges from 01 Dec 11 onwards.Is this in order.I want to confirm it.

i am a potential buyer in central park 2. can anyone tell me if it is worth it.

It is not worth it at all. the builder has made many promises that it is not keeping. the construction is of very poor quality and everything is in mess. take a look yourself. there is no timeline followed and there is so much dust – why you want to buy in cp2 when there are so good options on sohna road.
I own the flat no 707-C and I am also facing the same problem.
I am planning to buy an apartment in CP2 tower 1-6 complex, (2557 sq.ft.). How is the quality of life in CP2.
