Important Notice to Members
The Management Committee of CP2RWA has held several meetings and made tremendous efforts to try and resolve issues related to Central Park 2. Members of the Management Committee met with representatives of the builder on 10th Feb 2011 and highlighted all serious problems. Subsequently, Committee members made a representation to the Director General, Town and Country Planning Haryana who directed the Senior Town Planner (STP), Gurgaon to call for a joint meeting. The meeting between STP, representatives of the builder and RWA Management Committee members was held on 15th Feb 2011. During this meeting, points related to non-construction of promised infrastructure etc were raised. You will be pleased to note that the STP passed favorable decision on most matters.
On 09 March 2011, another meeting was held between RWA representatives and the builder. The following members were present for the meeting:

In a meeting that lasted over 2 hours, many common issues were discussed and decided upon. The RWA is waiting for formal communication from the builder reconfirming the decisions that were taken on common issues.
Meanwhile, to resolve the individual apartment owners’ problems, it was decided that the phone number of supervisors for EACH tower will be made available to owners so that they could get any problems they face with their apartments acted upon immediately. Further, the builder has committed that all apartment related queries of customers sent to the CRM will be responded to within 48 hours. The builder will also get a proper 7 PSI pressure check of the water pipes done for each apartment for seepages. The RWA has also been informed that the Asbestos Cement sheets in front of Bath Tubs will be replaced with Acrylic sheets.
In case owners are not satisfied with the response or face any further problems that are not immediately attended to by the builder, they can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with their issues and the same will be forwarded to the builder by the RWA for resolution.
The Management Committee members feel that much progress has been made on many issues (which will be informed as soon as we have official communication from the builder), however a lot of issues still need to be considered, discussed and acted upon.
Hence, a notice is hereby given for an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) on 27th March 2011 at 10:30 am to discuss our next course of action. The agenda for the meeting and the venue will be communicated soon.
