Notice is hereby given for a General Meeting of the Central Park 2 Residents Welfare Association to be held on 8th May 2011 from 10:30 a.m onwards at the following venue:
The Pearl Hall, Casa Bella Banquet, Omaxe Celebration Mall, Sohna Road, Gurgaon
The agenda of the meeting is as follows:
a. To review progress of discussions with builder since last meeting
b. To review progress on legal matters
c. To raise and discuss maintenance related issues being faced by residents.
d. Misc, if any
The meeting is only for members of the CP2 RWA. As you are aware, the Central Park 2 Residents Welfare Association is collecting funds for it’s legal account and documents required from Bellevue owners. Following are the details:
Please pay an amount of Rs. 20000 in favour of ” CP2RWA LEGAL ACCOUNT ”
by cheque or Draft/Bankers Cheque/Pay Order payable at Gurgaon. Alternative, members can make an online payment using RTGS / NEFT with the following details:

c. Copy of Possession Letter (date of actual possession needs to be proved)
d. Complete Copy of Conveyance Deed (Also called Sale Deed or Registry – Proof of Date of Registry and amount paid required).
e. Final Account statement of CP2 showing payment dates etc (Date of Demand, date of payment of each payment made and total amount paid must be shown)
Please put all these papers in a Hard File and mention your name, address, phone no and email ID on the cover of the file.

As announced earlier, an important Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) will be held on 27th March 2011 at 10:30 a.m. All members are requested to attend this meeting as significant decisions will be taken in the meeting.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. A Brief about CP2 RWA
2. To discuss progress of discussions with CP2 Builder
3. To initiate further action against CP2 Builder
4. To discuss any other matter about CP2 with the permission of chair
