Notice for General Meeting on 13 Nov 2011

Dear Members,

Notice is hereby given for a General Meeting of the Central Park 2 Residents Welfare Association to be held on 13th Nov 2011 from 10:00 a.m onwards at the following venue:

The Pearl Hall, Casa Bella Banquet, Omaxe Celebration Mall, Sohna Road, Gurgaon

The agenda of the meeting is as follows:

a. To review progress of CP2RWA since last meeting
b. To review progress on legal matters
c. To raise and discuss maintenance related issues being faced by residents.
d. To call for elections of the Central Park 2 Residents Welfare Association.
e. Misc, if  any

Post the meeting, between 11 a.m and 1 p.m, those members who have joint the legal case and are yet to submit their documents etc can do so.  If any member wants to join the legal case, they can do so at the venue.

All members are requested to come for the meeting.

Reply to Legal Notice received from Central Park II – M/s Sweta Estates Pvt Ltd

The Central Park II RWA had sent a legal notice to the builder of Central Park II – M/s Sweta Estate Pvt Ltd. This notice concerns discrepancies in the “Registry” document given to apartment owners. Copy of the notice can be downloaded here.

A reply has been received to the Notice. Copy of the reply can be downloaded here

As the reply is vague and does not resolve our issues with the “Registry” document (Conveyance Deed), CP2 RWA is left with no choice but to proceed with legal action.

Legal Notice sent to Central Park II – M/s Sweta Estates Pvt Ltd

The Central Park II RWA has sent a legal notice to the builder of Central Park II – M/s Sweta Estate Pvt Ltd. This notice concerns discrepancies in the “Registry” document given to apartment owners. Copy of the notice can be downloaded here.

The basic facts are:

a. The builder created a format for Registry document and made all owners sign it, without any choice.

b. The format of the document had differences with the Apartment Buyer Agreement and also violates some clauses of the Haryana Apartment Ownership Act. These changes lead to increase in size of Super Area of apartment and other issues for owners.

c. The builder has included clauses in the Registry that are neither fair nor acceptable to members of Central Park II RWA members.

The CP2 RWA now awaits response from the builder and hopes the issue will be amicable resolved.
