The Central Park 2 Residents Welfare Association received no response from M/s Sweta Estates Pvt Ltd to the letter sent on 3rd Jan 2011. Therefore, it has today sent a reminder requesting the CEO & MD of the company to immediately arrange to resolve all issues amicably and urgently.

Notice : Formation of CP2 RWA
This is to inform everyone that CP2 owners’ own RWA has been registered in the name of “Central Park 2 Residents Welfare Association” (CP2RWA) . The formation of this RWA was decided in the general meeting held on 5th December 2010.
The objectives of the RWA will be to ensure that all amenities, as originally promised by the builder , are made available to all CP2 residents and for the general welfare of the entire residential society. The RWA intends to take up all construction deficiencies, as highlighted by many members in the past few weeks as well as all other points discussed in the last meeting with the builder. We expect a positive and prompt response by the builder failing which we are planning to take appropriate action/s for the benefit of the residents.
A Bank Account for the Association has also been opened and the process for joining the RWA will be announced in a day or two.
