Ltd. demanding refund of escalation charges of the ground of delay by them in construction but they did not respond. Please forward me further details of two cases filed, I will join and contribute the legal fee also.

I suggest there should be a joint meeting with the builders too simultaneously in an attempt to find an amicable solution.
