Now the Builder has announced the start of giving possession in in first 4 Towers with 5 % increase in price, Increased Super area, without a mention of giving credit for 44 month delay in offering possession as per agreement.

It seems builders has not taken any learnings from phase 1, Seems has no fear of law in the country.

Can some one advise what to do.

It is not worth it at all. the builder has made many promises that it is not keeping. the construction is of very poor quality and everything is in mess. take a look yourself. there is no timeline followed and there is so much dust – why you want to buy in cp2 when there are so good options on sohna road.

I had given a Regd. notice to M/s Shweta Estates P. Ltd. demanding refund of escalation charges of the ground of delay by them in construction but they did not respond. Please forward me further details of two cases filed, I will join and contribute the legal fee also.

I suggest there should be a joint meeting with the builders too simultaneously in an attempt to find an amicable solution.
